The Natalia Krasnopolskaia Memorial Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) provides entry-level summer research experience for students who have completed or are currently taking Physics courses at the University of Toronto. Projects will involve undergraduate lab development and / or research with faculty in the Department of Physics.

Offered: Projects are expected to take about six weeks, and can be taken up from May-June or July-August.

Student Eligibility Requirements:
- Full time students at the University of Toronto.
- First year applicants must complete PHY152H before the summer.
- Preference will be given to those enrolled in the Physics Specialist or joint Specialist programs.
- No prior research experience is required.
Availability: All Years; Note that students in 2nd, 3rd and 4th year must be enrolled in a Physics Program.

Location: Dependent on the nature of the research project that the student is undertaking.
Hours Involved: During the duration of the six week fellowship, students are expected to maintain full-time hours.
